Frank seems to be a great fan of the American rock band "The Flaming Lips" founded in 1983, wearing this exact tour tee at multiple occasions, the latest being in one of his photographs inside issue #350 of the "i-D" Magazine, as part of a Visual Essay. Ocean's blonded 006 also features one of The Flaming Lips most popular songs to date, "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt 1".
